Office Employee
1. Priority will be given to applicants with relevant experience.
2. Strong logical thinking skills, seriousness, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
3. Intermediate to advanced Spanish proficiency, able to communicate without barriers.
4. Good coordination and communication skills and the ability to work as a team.
5. Good writing skills in Chinese and Western languages; proficient in using various office software.
Receptionist
1. Responsible for reception, registration, and daily administrative tasks in the office.
2. In charge of incoming and outgoing mail control, urgent deliveries, hotel, train, and flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and administrative expenses.
3. Responsible for administrative supply procurement, inventory, and fixed asset entry, office supply management, and preparation, collection, and distribution of items for new employees.
4. Office environment management, overseeing cleaning work, creating a clean and organized workspace, managing repair reports, and handling emergencies.
Customer Service
1. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to learn, execute, coordinate, handle pressure, and team spirit.
2. Good professional ethics and the ability to handle emergencies.
3. Familiar with office software like WORD-EXCEL.
