Spanish Investor Immigration
The Spanish Investor Immigration Law was enacted in 2013. The law stipulates that if the total investment in real estate in Spain reaches €500,000, investors can obtain a Spanish investment residence card and bring their family members to immigrate. One person can apply for three generations to obtain residency status. Applicants who obtain residency status can enjoy many benefits such as education, healthcare, asset allocation, and investment income. If residency requirements are met, it is possible to transition to permanent residence or apply for naturalization to further improve immigration status.
